What we collect

When you join the SIGNAL waitlist we collect your email address and the page section you signed up from. That's it. We don't collect payment details, and the SIGNAL app is not yet collecting business data because it hasn't launched.

How we use it

We use your email to tell you about SIGNAL: launch timing, early access, and product updates. We may also contact you to ask what you'd want from the product. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where it lives

Waitlist data is stored in our database (Google Firebase) and our email platform. Both store data on infrastructure that may be located outside Australia. We keep access limited to the people running SIGNAL.

Your choices

Want off the list, or want to know what we hold about you? Email jos@brotherofmine.com.auand we'll action it. Marketing emails will always include an unsubscribe link.

When the app launches

The SIGNAL app will connect to business systems on your instruction and will come with its own, fuller privacy policy covering that data before you connect anything.

Complaints

We handle privacy in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you have a concern, contact us first and we'll sort it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
